Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for CAPEX projects, machinery, equipment, construction, and engineering services.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Prepare RFQs/RFPs, conduct bid comparisons, and support supplier selection.
- Manage contracts, delivery schedules, project costs, and contractor performance.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor CAPEX spending, ensure policy compliance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Project Procurement, Engineering Procurement, or CAPEX Procurement
- Experience in machinery, equipment, construction, or engineering procurement
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
- ERP/SAP knowledge preferred
- Good command of English
