Responsibilities
Job scope:
Key Responsibility:
- Supplier Development Engineer is responding to the activities within the Casting category.
Key Responsibility:
- Monitor and develop production-process capability at supplier side and develop during PEP and KEP
- Analysis of existing quality KPIs over the product life cycle and define corrective actions together with supplier
- Oversees the NCR status of the assigned suppliers and ensures with his team a timely solution to avoid a negative impact on the production
- Execute feasibility studies for components and assemblies in close cooperation with R+D
- Coordinate measurement- and quality-alignment between QA and supplier and execute it on supplier side (test concepts, test plans, test methods and test equipment)
- Assist category management in the development of the quality strategy
- Any assigned task upon superior
Qualifications
Job qualification:
- Thai nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supplier development or supplier quality, preferably in casting manufacturing
- Advanced skills in communication, leadership, and project management
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP/MRP (SAP, Dynamics AX) and Team Center
- Professional in English communication
- Certified in ISO9001, IATF16949, APQP, GD&T
- Willingness to travel when required
