Qc Engineer - บริษัท เบอร์นิน่า (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

    We are seeking a qualified, motivated, and proactive QC Engineer (In-Process) to ensure products meet quality requirements and customer expectations during production. This role focuses on maintaining in-process quality, identifying issues early, improving processes, and supporting smooth production operations.

Key Responsibility:

• Statistical Process Control (SPC): Monitor production capabilities using statistical tools to identify trends and prevent     potential quality shifts before they occur.

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Lead investigations into product failures or non-conformities using methodologies like the 5     Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams, or 8D reports.

• CAPA Management: Initiate and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure that manufacturing issues are     resolved and do not recur.

• Technical Documentation: Maintain precise quality records, including test reports, validation protocols, and compliance     documentation.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Technical Team and Production Engineers to refine production     processes based on quality data.

• Thai national with a degree in Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and QA/QC systems
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a QC/QA role within a high-precision manufacturing environment.
• Able to read drawings (GD&T) and understand basic processes (e.g., CNC, welding, assembly)
• Good Thai & English, proficient in MS Office
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certifications are a plus
• Not color blind
