Responsibilities
Responsibilities Sales Staff :
1. Present about products to customers, follow up and be responsible for sales. Including expanding customer base and exploring competitor markets
2. Manage documents RFQ, Quotation received from customers and can reply to customers. (Overseas and domestic customers)
3. Manage internal documents such as export documents, quotations, and other related documents of customers.
4. As a window to contact customers who have been assigned such as contacting about new jobs, complaints, Schedule new jobs
5. Attend various meetings that have been contacted by customers or as assigned and Liaise between customers and within the company.
6. Become a representative for Audit IATF16949 or receive Audit from customers who visit NCI(TH) in the Sales section.
7. Perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor or the executives and in the part of KPI and Action Plan Sales as specified
8. Create customer satisfaction and coordinate with internal to solve problems for customers
Qualifications
Qualification Sales Staff :
1.Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: More than 1 year of experience in the relevant role.
3. Skills:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, speaking, and writing).
