Responsibilities
1. Support the Quality System team in daily operations and system management.
2. Manage and support the Substance of Concerns (SOC) Management System.
3. Support Compliance activities to ensure adherence to:
-Regulatory requirements
-Customer requirements
-IMDS (International Material Data System) requirements
4.Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
5.Maintain and update documentation related to Quality System, SOC, Compliance, and IMDS.
6.Assist in improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
7.Support increasing work volume while reducing workload, minimizing operational delays, and preventing operational errors.
8.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry , Engineer or related.
• Can use MS. Office Internet.
• Good command of spoken, read and written English.
• Good negotiation & Good skill Communication.
