Responsibilities
The specific responsibilities will depend on the assigned area, but will generally include:
A. For Expressway System Maintenance
Lead and manage the entire maintenance team, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive maintenance plans (preventive, predictive, and corrective) for all expressway infrastructure, electrical systems, and traffic management systems.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and procurement of maintenance resources and contracts.
Ensure the expressway system operates efficiently, safely, and is compliant with all relevant government regulations and standards.
Respond to and manage emergency situations, such as accidents or system failures, minimizing disruption to traffic flow.
B. Common Responsibilities
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in operational processes and safety practices.
Manage and mentor junior staff, promoting professional development.
Prepare and present detailed technical reports, operational reviews, and financial summaries.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field).
Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in infrastructure maintenance or large-scale construction/engineering projects.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of engineering principles and best practices.
Familiarity with relevant local safety and building codes/regulations.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English and Thai, if required).
Proven ability to problem-solve under pressure and manage complex situations.
A high degree of integrity and professional ethics.
