Responsibilities
- Answer and transfer incoming and outgoing calls courteously and efficiently
- Welcome and assist visitors, including notifying relevant personnel
- Manage the receipt and dispatch of company documents, parcels, and mail
- Maintain the tidiness and readiness of the reception area and meeting rooms
- Coordinate with internal and external departments as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1-4 years of experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role
- Basic proficiency in both Thai and English communication
- Competence in using basic computer and office software (Microsoft Office)
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to commit to a long-term renewable contract
- Previous experience in a multinational company is a plus.
