Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the development, management, and performance of casualty insurance products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, actuarial, and sales teams to optimize product offerings.
- Provide strategic guidance on pricing, coverage, and product innovation.
- Mentor and develop junior staff to strengthen team capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in insurance, with a strong focus on casualty products (e.g., comprehensive general liability, product liability, general casualty lines).
- Proven track record in product management, underwriting, or portfolio management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, compliance standards, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Candidates with prior experience in Casualty insurance products and strong proficiency in English communication will be given special consideration.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to market and product development.
- High integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
