Responsibilities
• Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documents for financial reporting.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accounting records and ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
• Support TFRS 4 and TFRS 17 accounting and reporting activities.
• Assist in responding to requests from internal departments, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Perform other accounting duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Basic knowledge of TFRS 4 and TFRS 17.
• Experience with account reconciliation.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Hardworking, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
