Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audit engagements to ensure company compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
- Support the Head of Department in improving and developing the internal audit system in alignment with internal audit policy and standards.
Qualifications
- Age 25-35 years, male or female.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or internal auditing, covering general company operations, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Auditing Standards, Information Technology, and governmental regulations.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Computer literacy.
- Knowledge of non-life insurance laws and regulations is a plus.
