Responsibilities
- Responsible for graphic design to support both internal & external communications.
- Initiate, develop and manage all corporate communication materials such as online advertisements, videos, advertisements, company profiles, corporate website, printing materials, PowerPoint presentations etc.
- Able to recommend the direction or trend of design.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
- Able to control and manage vendors (Printing and Gift away).
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to provide support on corporate marketing event/activities and project as assigned.
- Sourcing and purchasing corporate gifts/souvenirs.
- To be organized, self-sufficient and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize and execute the multiple deadlines.
- Perform duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Age 25-35 years. Male or Female.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in communication arts or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Graphic design or related function.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques.
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer, video editor, project coordinator or in similar roles will be preferable.
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and coordination skills.
- Effective time management.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or other relevant tools).
- Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software.
- Computer Literacy (MS office & Other standard software).
- Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or other similar tools.
