Responsibilities
- Define and implement IT security policies and procedures across the organization
- Manage and monitor security systems and tools such as SIEM, EDR, and firewalls
- Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats
- Develop and execute incident response plans and procedures for security breaches
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations, including ISO 27001 or PDPA
- Provide security awareness training and education to employees
- Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and solutions to enhance protection
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on security-related projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in IT security, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
- Deep understanding of IT security principles, technologies, and best practices
- Experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST
- Proficiency in managing security tools like SIEM, EDR, and firewalls
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong decision-making ability
- Ability to communicate and present complex security information clearly
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
