Responsibilities
- Document translation
- Screen documents for VP before sign
- Preparing of Hong Kong Fair on March and September
- Business trip reservation (Ticket, Hotel, Budget) for VP, Director, Manager, Exec. Account Manager and Account Manager
- Update VP's daily calendar and arrange schedule for meeting
- Update Sales Manager's daily calendar and arrange schedule for meeting
- Issue customer complaint document in the system
- Status approval checking of CN, DN, form revise sale order
- Corporate with sale team to communicate with VP
- Monthly Calibrate Equipment e.g. Venire, weighing apparatus, scale ruler
- Meeting room and VP’s room
- Support TD Department (New Staff ‐> Tel no, New Computer, New NB, New Permission, Clear Layout, )
- Payment arrangement
- Cash, Credit cards in department
- Customer visit organizing (messenger, food/drink, etc.)
- Responsible for VP personal issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields, preferably taught in English- Be able to work under pressure
- Fluent in English and Thai languages
- Management , Development , Service Miind , Friendly
- Responsibilities , Active, Confidence. Ability to Motivate, Decision Making
- Communication and Negotiation Skills
