Responsibilities
1 Oversee and coordinate production between the marketing and production departments, as well as other departments that support production.
2 Control and evaluate the company’s production capacity and present it to management.
3 Control and plan the annual budget to align with the organization’s strategy.
4 Prepare workforce plans based on the marketing department’s forecasts.
5 Innovate, develop, and improve the planning and production tracking systems, including other departmental systems, to enhance efficiency.
6 Engage in strategic planning and decision-making for production and inventory management.
7 Provide advice and act as a consultant on management practices and problem-solving in various tasks, including making decisions to manage issues.
8 Update manpower and organization charts to ensure they are current and align with the production volume each month.
9 Monitor and evaluate the department’s KPI data, continuously developing and improving it to meet set goals.
10 Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide feedback to subordinates for capability development.
Qualifications
1 A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
2 Knowledge of industries relevant to the company, such as manufacturing, services, or marketing.
3 Understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes.
4 At least 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or organizational management, with experience in a senior executive role.
5 Knowledge of planning tools and related software, such as ERP, SAP, AX365, Microsoft Project, or data analysis tools.
6 Ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
7 Strong skills in managing resources, workforce, and budgets efficiently.
8 Proficiency in English communication.
