Export Sales - บริษัท โพสโค-ไทยน๊อคซ์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Manage and handle export sales processes, including order processing, quotation, and customer follow-up.

• Coordinate with overseas customers regarding orders, shipment schedules, and product information.

• Prepare and review export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, and other required shipping documents.

• Liaise with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment processes.

• Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery to meet customer requirements.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers while exploring new business opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

• Prepare sales reports and update relevant data for management review.

• Support the team in achieving sales targets.

• At least 5-10 years experience in export operation and international shipping documentation.

• Basic steel business knowledge will be advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas).

• Experience with Data Visualization tools - basic to Intermediate knowledge of SQL is preferred.

• Proactive, result-oriented, and a continuous learner who stays updated with market trends and analytical techniques.

• English skills in both written and spoken TOEIC score at high level 650 above (and equivalent test) and computer literacy. Korean Language proficiency will be advantage.

• Proven experience in export sales or international business

• Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal training (ready to contribute immediately)

• Strong knowledge of export documentation, including invoice, packing list, shipping documents, and coordination with logistics providers

• Available to work immediately.
