RESEARCH ENGINEER (BASED ON RAYONG PLANT) - บริษัท โพสโค-ไทยน๊อคซ์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Conduct applied research in order to solve technical problems experienced by POSCO-Thainox production and to improve POSCO-Thainox product quality.
  
• Conduct applied research to assist POSCO-Thainox customers in optimizing their fabrication processes for POSCO-Thainox products.
• Conduct applied research to support for strategic programs (e.g. competitor product evaluation, surface characteristics) in order to promote growth and competitiveness of POSCO-Thainox.
• Support information service activities such as training, seminar and workshop for POSCO-Thainox staff, customer and other interest groups.
• Support direct supervisor the product testing LAB & Research team leader and any assigned works.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
• Strong academic background , GPA at least 2.5
• 1–3 years of experience in R&D, metallurgical engineering, or metal processing.
• Experience in cookware manufacturing or surface treatment processes is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of metallurgy, heat treatment, corrosion behavior, and coating technologies.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as SEM, XRF, tensile testers, and metallographic analysis tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Minitab, AutoCAD, or simulation software is a plus.
• Good command of English (reading technical documents and writing reports).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
