Material Purchasing Task

• 1. Plan, develop, implement,and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit
• 2. Schedule the supply of materials/Components to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels
• 3. Analyze changing material demand patterns and Manage risk to minimize the impact on schedule SPP
• 4. Supplier Performance Evaluation and improvement
• 5. Anticipate logistics problems related to operational area and environmental and human factors.
• 6. Take follow-up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production
• 7. Coordinate with other departments for material supply in the monthly, and weekly production plan.
• 8. Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels
• 9. Following & ensure shipping date both of new orders and remain PO quantity with suppliers
• 10. Confirm prices of firmbid to suppliers before depature date of each vessel
• 11. Following shipping docs from supplier and forwarding to all concerns for prepare customs & entry sheet process 
• 12. Create regular statistical report and analysis and update supplier performance evaluation, improvement plan PU

Order Taking Process Task

• 1. Distribute the Order Acceptance Capacity for each Week/Planning Item that is calculated according to the Order Acceptance Production Capacity 
• 2. as the component ratio for the Monthly Demand Forecast Volume for each sales department
• 3. Order Acceptance Capacity change due to the production capacity: Increase or decrease in production compared to the monthly plan, change in equipment repairs and change in the order acceptance (Load Material Component Ratio)
• 4. Connect the Order Acceptance Capacity for the Order Acceptance Plan with (Remaining Production Capacity + Order Acceptance Volume)
• 5. Calculate the order acceptance production capacity by reflecting the ordered volume in progress and production standby

Sale and Production Plan Task

• 1. Consulting with the operation department and sales & production planning and Marketing departments is needed about the changed
• 2. monthly material processing volume compared to the plan
• 3. Sales & production plan becomes the basis for the company management plan and the target for sales and production
• 4. Plays the role of adjusting to make the production smooth by establishing a material supply and demand plan between the front and rear processes
• 5. The Production Plan is set by considering the production results of the past based on the demand forecast

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, sales administration, or order processing is preferred.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
