Hr Section Manager - บริษัท โพสโค-ไทยน๊อคซ์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

- Develop HR plans and manage manpower planning and headcount control

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes

- Manage performance appraisal systems, KPI setting, and merit review cycles

- Design and implement training programs, leadership development, and    

  succession planning

- Supervise compensation, benefits administration, and payroll-related HR inputs

- Maintain constructive employee and labor relations; proactively prevent disputes

- Ensure HR practices comply with Thai Labor Law, company regulations, and

  POSCO Code of Conduct

- Promote POSCO values, employee engagement, and a positive organizational  

  culture

- Prepare and analyze monthly HR reports (headcount, turnover, key HR metrics)

- Lead, coach, and develop HR team members; coordinate cross-functionally with

  all departments

-           Bachelor's degree or higher in HRM, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field

-           Age 35 – 45 years

-           Experience minimum 7 years in HR at least 2 years in a managerial role

-           Manufacturing background preferred, Strong understanding of Thai Labor Law

-           English proficiency at business level, MS Office
