Insurance Sales Staff - บริษัท ฮอนด้า ออโตโมบิล (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Control and record work orders received from dealers, finance companies, and customers regarding insurance policy issuance, amendments, cancellations, and vehicle inspections
• Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve problematic cases, follow up on documents, follow up on vehicle inspection results, as well as claims and claim reimbursements
• Manage accident reports by compiling daily reports for entry into the Web Calling system and analyzing current situations
• Prepare sales reports for all products to present to line managers and dealers
• Receive complaints, analyze and categorize them, verify facts, take corrective action, record resolution results, and summarize reports to establish preventive measures
• Plan and control budget usage, including the appropriate use of company assets
• Oversee workplace safety and information management in compliance with company regulations and policies, such as GCP, HCG, FRAUD, etc.
• Inspect and monitor brokers' operations to ensure compliance with the company's insurance sales practice manual

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with GPA 2.75 or higher
• Field of Study: Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Good command English Skill (TOEIC score 550+ is advantage).
• Special Skills: Negotiation skills and good interpersonal relations

• Able to work at Minburi (Bangkok)
• Able to travel to work in other provinces

• English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Non-life Insurance Broker License (if available)
• Experience: Sales or related field experience
