Responsibilities
Purpose of this Role
Determining insurance premium rates and sales promotion campaigns to align with market conditions and remain competitive with competitors, as well as creating promotional materials to drive sales and support the sales department in working efficiently, in order to increase the opportunity to achieve the set sales targets.
Job Responsibility
1. Plan and Budgeting
- Plan sales promotion campaigns for both Motor & Non-motor insurance
2. Marketing Planning Management
- Develop insurance sales promotion campaigns together with insurance companies for dealers, appropriate to market conditions
- Monitor and analyze campaign results
- Prepare and design promotional materials to promote the Brand, Products & Campaigns
- Review the priority level and content of information assets (GCP)
3. Sales Performance Tracking
- Prepare monthly sales reports
- Prepare sales promotion expense reports and summarize results for dealers
4. Insurance Premium Preparation
- Negotiate premium rates with insurance companies
- Prepare annual insurance premiums for new vehicles and insurance transfers
- Calculate vehicle insurance premiums for the HATC-S, HLTC sales departments and dealers
- Enter renewal premiums into the system and prepare reminder notices to send to customers
5. Motor & Non-motor Insurance Policy Management
- Control and track policies from insurance companies
- Verify the accuracy of policies
- Oversee policy delivery
- Prepare monthly performance summary reports
- Prepare reports on compulsory motor insurance (PRB) usage status and requisition of PRB forms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Marketing, Management, Economics or related with GPA 2.75 or higher
- Good command in Computer
- Good command English Skill (TOEIC score 550+ is advantage).
- Good initiative, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage tasks within limited time
- Having an insurance broker license will be given special consideration.
- New graduates are also welcome!
- Able to work at Minburi (Bangkok)
