Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Present and promote the company’s logistics services
- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable logistics solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up to close sales
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Follow up with clients to maintain long-term relationships
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly reports
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience in sales within logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Good command of English and computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
