Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT Product Support team to deliver reliable support services across multiple subsidiary companies
- Oversee IT support operations, including incident management, service requests, and enhancement requests
- Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction across supported business units
- Manage and administer IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceDesk Plus) for ticket tracking and reporting
- Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, BI, web platforms, security systems)
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and maintenance with minimal disruption to business operations
- Support system integration and API connectivity between enterprise platforms
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Application Support and IT Specialists
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, including contract and SLA oversight
- Prepare performance reports and KPI analysis for senior management
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation, AI integration, and IT governance programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in IT support, application support, or IT operations
- 4–5 years of leadership or managerial experience in IT support teams
- Experience supporting ERP systems or enterprise applications (e.g., Odoo or similar platforms)
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and enterprise system architecture
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and system integration/APIs
- Experience working in multi-company or shared services environments preferred
- Knowledge of automation tools or AI technologies is an advantage4
- ITIL certification or relevant IT certifications preferred
