Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the IT Product Support team to deliver reliable support services across multiple subsidiary companies
  • Oversee IT support operations, including incident management, service requests, and enhancement requests
  • Ensure SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction across supported business units
  • Manage and administer IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceDesk Plus) for ticket tracking and reporting
  • Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, BI, web platforms, security systems)
  • Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and maintenance with minimal disruption to business operations
  • Support system integration and API connectivity between enterprise platforms
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Application Support and IT Specialists
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, including contract and SLA oversight
  • Prepare performance reports and KPI analysis for senior management
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation, AI integration, and IT governance programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in IT support, application support, or IT operations
  • 4–5 years of leadership or managerial experience in IT support teams
  • Experience supporting ERP systems or enterprise applications (e.g., Odoo or similar platforms)
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and enterprise system architecture
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI), Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and system integration/APIs
  • Experience working in multi-company or shared services environments preferred
  • Knowledge of automation tools or AI technologies is an advantage4
  • ITIL certification or relevant IT certifications preferred
