Responsibilities
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
- Ability to communicate effectively with developers, QA and technical teams.
- Understanding of system architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.
Project management Skills
- Proven ability to plan, execute, monitor and close projects successfully.
- Strong risk management and problem- solving skills.
- Experience in scope, schedule, cost and resource management.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Leadership & Communication
- Strong Leadership and team management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Male, Female age 34-45 years.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Proven experience managing software development projects end-to-end.
- Good background and familiar with IT service industry. ( Sector Banking, Government etc.)
- Background as a Software Developer or Technical Lead is highly preferred.
- Gaining experience in project management that provides solutions encompassing both software and hardware within a project.
