Responsibilities
- Define the organization's IT strategy and direction in alignment with overall business objectives
- Lead and manage the IT team, overseeing operations for infrastructure, systems, and applications
- Plan and control the annual IT budget, including technology procurement and vendor management
- Evaluate and propose new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage
- Develop and enforce data security and information system policies across the company
- Collaborate with senior management and users across departments to understand IT requirements
- Oversee the development of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans
- Monitor and evaluate IT system performance to ensure stability and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 8+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or team lead capacity
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure management, network systems, and data security principles
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills to propose effective IT solutions
- Proven ability to successfully manage medium to large-scale IT projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in an industry relevant to the company's core business is a plus.
