Responsibilities
- Prepare and control annual budgets, including financial forecasts
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and set targets
- Develop financial reports and analytical insights for management
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather data and provide financial guidance
- Enhance and optimize financial controlling processes for efficiency
- Support the organization's short-term and long-term financial strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling and planning
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level
- Ability to analyze financial data and present complex information clearly
- Strong communication and coordination skills with stakeholders
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is a plus.
