Service & Sales Engineer - บริษัท แอ็ลไลด์ เม็ททัลส์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel, restaurant, and residential customers, providing consultation and technical support related to kitchen equipment.

- Promote and sell after-sales services such as preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), spare parts, and equipment upgrades to existing customers.

- Analyze equipment usage issues and coordinate with the service technician team to ensure efficient repair and maintenance.

- Identify and verify appropriate spare parts by referencing the Bill of Materials (BOM) and evaluate sourcing options from reliable and cost-effective local suppliers.

- Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support to customers and service technicians, recommending appropriate solutions.

- Inspect spare parts before delivery to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.

- Coordinate with customers, technicians, and related departments to ensure smooth service and maintenance operations.

- Support planning for spare parts targets and budgets, and provide recommendations for product and service improvements.

- Perform other duties as assigned to support the service department.
