Responsibilities
1.Responsible for Order receiving & Shipping Process of Super Capacitors
2.Review customer requirements related items and process in accordance with Sales system
3.Responsible for Order receiving & Shipping process in Oracle system
4.Coordinate with Logistics or forwarder company for packing ,shipping ,preparation
5.Packing & Invoice data preparation send to NECL or forwarder company for advance Flight booking according to delivery schedule confirmation .
6.Control daily shipping instruction and Inventory stock checking with Planning team to keep delivery
7.Control daily shipping instruction and packing with Warehouse for Super Cap products
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Gain 500 scores of TOEIC would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in order processing, shipping coordination is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Oracle or similar order management systems is preferred but not required.
• Outstanding teamwork skills
• New Graduate is also welcome.
