Responsibilities
- Prepare sample and testing of raw materials properties (ex. Steel, Aluminum, Resin, Fabric) , automobile parts based on standards and specification to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance requirements such as mechanical strength and durability, Heat, chemical, environmental resistance.
- Able to operate equipment and machines for testing various materials.
- Support new model and minor change developments through material investigation.
- Support localization and cost reduction activities through material change studies
- Support failure analysis on materials or parts to identify root causes of issues by using appropriate analytical methods.
- Test results and validation documentation.
- Failure analysis reports.
Qualifications
- Have experience in Automotive field, R&D work would be advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Material Engineering or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill with the ability to work effectively with both Thai and international colleagues.
- English skills for business communication is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
