Lean Supply Chain Engineer (Staff) - บริษัท แมทเทล กรุงเทพ จำกัด

• Conduct basic Lean and Problem-Solving training sessions for employees.
• Coordinate and facilitate Lean Supply Chain and Kaizen activities across departments.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and schedules related to Kaizen implementation.
• Track and monitor progress of Kaizen and continuous improvement projects.
• Record Kaizen participation data, project updates, and improvement results.
• Collect data from multiple sources, clean and validate data accuracy for analysis.
• Prepare data and reports for performance analysis and management review.
• Create reports, graphs, charts, and presentation materials to clearly communicate findings and project outcomes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and solve operational issues impacting organizational goals.
• Collaborate with overseas Lean teams and communicate effectively in English.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or production improvement within manufacturing environments.
• Familiar with Lean concepts, Kaizen, Problem Solving, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Good analytical and data management skills.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools effectively.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong coordination, communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work well in a team environment.

• Experience working with multinational or regional teams.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience in project coordination and improvement tracking systems.
