Industrial Engineer – Digital System & Process Improvement (Contract 1 Year) - บริษัท แมทเทล กรุงเทพ จำกัด

• Support OEE system implementation and machine data collection
• Assist in maintaining and improving existing OEE systems within the department
• Support digitalization of manual and paper-based processes
• Assist in manufacturing data collection and digital record management
• Support process improvement activities and daily operational improvements
• Coordinate with related teams for project implementation and system deployment
• Support manufacturing KPI monitoring and reporting
• Assist in automation and machine connectivity initiatives
• Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review
• Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• 0–1 years of experience in Manufacturing Systems, Process Improvement, Automation, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Internship or project experience in manufacturing, digital systems, automation, or process improvement is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Strong interest in Digital Transformation and Manufacturing Systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn
• Strong analytical and systematic thinking
• Ability to work proactively in dynamic environments
• Good coordination and collaboration skills
• Able to communicate in English

• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or database systems
• Knowledge of automation, machine connectivity, or digital manufacturing concepts is a plus
• Understanding of OEE, Manufacturing KPI, or process monitoring systems is an advantage

• Interest in Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or Digital Manufacturing
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Process Improvement methodologies
• Exposure to automation systems or manufacturing data collection systems
• Basic programming or automation knowledge is an advantage
