Quality Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate quality-related activities with internal departments, external partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and overseas stakeholders.
• Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Control, review, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and compliance.
• Monitor customer quality issues, non-conformance cases, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare, compile, and analyze quality reports, performance metrics, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate and traceable quality records to support internal and external audits.
• Manage the DSO approval process and ensure timely completion of required documentation.

Product Development & Quality Assurance

• Participate in Front-End Planning (FEP) activities to support new product development.
• Coordinate Product Pilot (PP) and Product Start-up (PS) activities, including sample evaluation, approval, and documentation.
• Review and approve master samples for production reference in accordance with quality requirements.

Project Support & Continuous Improvement

• Support quality improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve quality performance.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Science, or a related field.
• Experience
• 0–1 year of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Quality Engineering, or a manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or academic project experience are welcome to apply.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

• Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and quality documentation.
• Knowledge of the 7 Quality Tools, basic statistical analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Good coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate and write in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Internal quality procedures and documentation control.
• Manufacturing processes and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Toy and packaging quality standards and testing requirements.
• Statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
• Root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools.
