เจ้าหน้าที่คลังสินค้า - บริษัท บิ๊กซี ซูเปอร์เซ็นเตอร์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

• ตรวจนับสินค้าให้ถูกต้องตามเอกสาร และจัดเก็บสินค้าแยกตามประเภทอย่างเป็นระเบียบ
• จัดเก็บเอกสารตามวันที่รับสินค้าเข้าแผนก และแยกแฟ้มเอกสารต่าง ๆ เพื่อความสะดวกในการค้นหา เช่น RTV, C/N
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการรับ–ส่งสินค้า และจัดชุดเอกสารให้ครบถ้วน
• ลง Running Number เพื่อควบคุมเอกสารและง่ายต่อการตรวจสอบ พร้อมบันทึกข้อมูลการรับสินค้าในรายงานตรวจรับสินค้าประจำวั
• บันทึกข้อมูลสินค้าในระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อออกใบรับสินค้า และจัดพิมพ์ Barcode
• จัดทำและจัดพิมพ์รายงานการรับสินค้า รวมถึงเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อนำส่งฝ่ายบริหารและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น แผนกบัญชี
• ดูแลความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ที่รับผิดชอบ
• ดูแลอุปกรณ์ เครื่องมือ และเครื่องใช้ต่าง ๆ ให้พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
• ดูแลกระบวนการเปลี่ยน/คืนสินค้า และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ถูกต้องตามนโยบายของบริษัท

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ม.6 / ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านคลังสินค้า หรือ Inventory จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ (เช่น Microsoft Excel, ระบบ Inventory)
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
• สามารถทำงานเป็นระบบ และทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
