Responsibilities

Store Management Trainee (SMT) is a special project to search for top leaders having passion, enthusiasm, thirst for challenges & learning and regular self-improvement, to join our family in the position of Store General Manager at Big C, Thailand’s Leading retail business, where you will grow to the top career path within 1 year with great income & fringe benefits just like other leading enterprises in the country.

Job Descriptions;

  • Manage and drive store performance (P&L) to meet budget.
  • Manage and control standard.
  • Manage store team to provide good customer experience.
  • Manage all customers complain and all incident to be solved.
  • People Management develop store team.
  • Drive new business (B2B, SPO, Ommi-Channel) and support Pure Pharmacy and Wawee coffee to competitive advantage with competitor in catchment
  • Manage and control execution business direction form HO
  • To bill good relationship with local community and Government.  
  • Find the new opportunities to improve performance of store. 
  • Manage and with TWC manager to deliver TWC income. 
  • Manage and store KPIs.
  • Manage all store incident to be solved.
  • Handle the sourcing of business partners for Donjai outlets to increase market share of traditional trade retail 

    Willing to be assigned to branch locations in upcountry areas.
    Work on a shift base in line with department store hours.
    Holiday with 6 days off per month.

Qualifications

Qualifications;

  • Master’s Degree in Any Field
  • 27 - 35 Years old.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing high volume operations in retail, hotel, restaurant or department store
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, insightful and easily understood conclusions, recommendation and presentation
  • Willing to be assigned to branch locations in upcountry areas.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Online Platform.
  • Able to work in nationwide.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
