Responsibilities

บริหารและขับเคลื่อนผลประกอบการของสาขาให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้านยอดขายและกำไร
วางแผนธุรกิจ พัฒนากลยุทธ์ และวิเคราะห์โอกาสทางการตลาดเพื่อสร้างการเติบโต
ควบคุมการดำเนินงานภายในสาขาให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานบริษัทและข้อกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ดูแลคุณภาพการบริการและสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีให้แก่ลูกค้า
บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า ชุมชน หน่วยงานภาครัฐ และคู่ค้าทางธุรกิจ
ตรวจสอบความพร้อม ความสะอาด และมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของสาขาอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
บริหารทีมงาน พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร และวางแผนผู้สืบทอดตำแหน่ง
เป็นผู้นำและแบบอย่างที่ดีในการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรและผลักดันทีมงานสู่ความสำเร็จ

Qualifications

อายุ 34 - 45 ปี (ทั้งนี้ดูตามประสบการณ์อีกครั้ง)
สัญชาติไทย
มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจค้าปลีก/ไฮเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอย่างน้อย 5-10 ปี
มีประสบการณ์บริหารสาขาอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
มีความมุ่งมั่นในการทำงานและให้ความสำคัญกับลูกค้าเป็นอันดับแรก
มีภาวะผู้ประกอบการและวิสัยทัศน์ในการพัฒนาสาขาให้เป็นเลิศ
สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้และคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
สามารถโยกย้ายพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานได้ทั่วประเทศ
ทำงานเป็นกะ ตามเวลาห้างได้
