Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule Last Mile delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
- Monitor delivery status and promptly resolve any issues that arise during transit
- Oversee Last Mile operations to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Analyze delivery data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Prepare operational performance reports and present findings to management for decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in transportation operations or Last Mile management
- Understanding of routing processes and transportation technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to act quickly
- Effective communication and coordination skills with team members and customers
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
