Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for retail development projects
- Allocate and manage resources to ensure the project stays on track and within budget.
- Select and work with contractors, architects, engineers, and other subcontractors.
- Ensure contractors meet quality and safety standards.
- Control project expenses and address cost overruns
- Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the project, whether related to design, construction, or other areas.
- Analyze completed projects to identify areas for improvement in future projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architectural and Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Strong Minimum of 7 years of experience in Retail, Real Estate, and Mixed-use Development.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team, self-motivated, and excellent time management.
- Willingness to occasionally work upcountry.
- Proficient in handling high-pressure situations and deadline management.
