Responsibilities
Join our dynamic team as Engineering Section Manager and lead all maintenance and engineering operations. Ensure machinery, utilities, and equipment run efficiently and reliably. Full-time position based in Bowin, Sriracha, Chonburi.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, plan, and direct all engineering operations, including Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Utilities, Tool Room, Spare Parts Store, Improvement Projects, and Calibration activities.
- Lead, assign, and supervise daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with engineering standards.
- Monitor and report operational performance and progress to the Engineering Department Manager.
- Coordinate effectively with relevant departments to support seamless production processes.
- Ensure all machinery, equipment, and utilities operate safely, reliably, and at optimal efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
- Report to production manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, maintenance, and technical operations.
- Proficient in English for communication and reporting purposes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain flexibility.
- Highly diligent, patient, resilient, and committed to delivering quality service.
