Senior Shipping Staff (Export) - บริษัท ซาฟราน เคบิน ลำพูน จำกัด

1. Manage and coordinate export shipments from order readiness through final delivery to customer both oversea and domestics shipments
2. Prepare, review and ensure accuracy of Shipping and export documentation and other required documents.
3. Coordinate with customers, freight forwarder, customs, warehouse, finance, quality, packing team and other internal departments to ensure smooth and on-time shipments.
4. Handle both regular and urgent shipments determine appropriate transportation methods and follow up on shipments status until delivery.
5. Ensure export activities comply with customs regulations, IEAT regulations, international trade requirements, Incoterm, and company procedure.
6. Monitor and resolve shipping, customs clearance, documentation and delivery issue include escalation when necessary
7. Monitor logistics performance and identify opportunities to improve lead time, cost and operational efficiency
8. Maintain shipments records and logistics data and support KPT/Reporting activities.

1. More than 5 years of experience in Export, Shipping, Logistics or related functions.
2. Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedure, incoterms and international transportation.
3. Knowledge of US import regulations, customs requirements, HTS classifications and tariff requirements is preferred.
4. Able to manage multiple shipments and prioritized in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good coordination, problem solving, communication skills.
6. Good command of English-Fluent level with the ability to communicate and participate in meetings with international teams.
7. Good computer skills, experience with ERP and logistics systems in an advantage.
