Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow up on new laws and regulations issued by relevant regulators, including BOT, AMLO, OCPB, NCB, PDPC, Debt Collection Supervisory, and other applicable requirements.
  • Analyze and summarize the key requirements and potential impacts of new or updated Compliance Laws & Regulations on the Company.
  • Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure awareness and understanding of new or updated regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide compliance advice and guidance to relevant departments on regulatory requirements and related compliance matters.
  • Conduct compliance monitoring and support compliance risk assessment and check-and-balance activities to identify potential compliance gaps.
  • Support the planning and implementation of Compliance Law & Regulation training programs, including training materials, course scheduling, delivery, and reporting of training outcomes.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and regulators, as assigned, on compliance-related matters.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Compliance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, or related functions, preferably in Financial Services, Banking, Leasing, or related industries.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations applicable to financial and leasing businesses.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

    Join our Compliance team to help ensure the Company stays aligned with evolving laws and regulations. You will monitor regulatory updates, assess their business impact, provide practical compliance guidance, and work closely with different teams to strengthen compliance practices across the organization.
