Job Description

• Product & Marketing Strategy: Develop products and execute marketing campaigns, pricing, and promotions to drive sales and achieve business targets, especially for Refinance and Title-Pledge Loans.

• Campaign Performance: Monitor campaign results and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness and sales performance.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for product improvement, new sales channels, effective marketing communication, and other initiatives that support business growth.

• Data Analysis and Utilization: Analyze customer, sales, and other relevant data to gain insights, optimize campaign targeting, improve business performance, and identify new growth opportunities.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, dealers, Credit, Risk, and Operations to develop competitive products and solutions to support business growth.

• Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in product development, strategic planning, marketing, sales, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry. Experience in auto refinancing, title-pledge loans, or related lending products is preferred.

• Strong understanding of hire purchase, lending, or retail banking, with the ability to balance sales growth and credit risk (e.g., loan volume and NPL).

• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive projects from planning through implementation.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and innovative, with the ability to generate new ideas and independently drive projects and digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good English communication and presentation skills.

• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
