Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
Establish, update, and maintain the corporate Risk Register.
Conduct risk assessments and formulate actionable mitigation plans.
Track and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and macroeconomic trends impacting the business.
Support cross-functional ERM projects and strategic risk projects across business units.
2. Credit Risk Management
Develop, maintain, and enhance risk dashboards for portfolio monitoring.
Monitor portfolio performance, including new acquisition profiles and customer payment behavior.
Analyze credit criteria, lending conditions, and approval strategies.
Support the operationalization and implementation of credit lending policies, approval guidelines, and Risk-Based Pricing (RBP) frameworks across target lending products.
Identify bottlenecks in credit underwriting and portfolio monitoring processes to enhance speed and risk control.
Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in ERM, Credit Risk Management or Risk analytics with a deep understanding of Consumer Finance/Hire Purchase business.
Data visualization and analysis tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
