Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and questions via various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services, and resolve basic customer issues
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to follow up on and resolve complex customer problems
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the database system
- Offer guidance and support to customers regarding the use of company products or services
- Prepare summary reports on common issues and feedback to improve service quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- 0-4 years of experience in customer service (new graduates are welcome)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in computer usage and basic software applications
- Attention to detail and ability to resolve immediate issues effectively
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
