Growth Marketing Analyst - บริษัท ท็อปกัน จำกัด

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to help drive user acquisition, traffic, engagement, and conversion through data and experimentation.

This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Data, and Technology, working across SEO, paid media, analytics, tracking, conversion funnels, and growth experiments.

Prior experience in growth marketing is not required. We are looking for someone who is analytical, technically curious, comfortable with data, and eager to learn how digital growth works at scale.

• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, acquisition channels, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities.

• Support SEO, including keyword analysis, search performance, technical SEO, indexing, website structure, and landing page optimization.

• Support and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.

• Analyze campaign performance across metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.

• Work with analytics and tracking tools to ensure important user actions and conversions are measured correctly.

• Build reports and dashboards to monitor growth KPIs and identify unusual changes or opportunities.

• Develop hypotheses and support A/B tests and growth experiments across acquisition and conversion funnels.

• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to turn insights into measurable growth initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate problems and identify root causes.

• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data.

• Strong curiosity about how websites, search engines, advertising platforms, tracking, and digital products work.

• Willingness to learn technical concepts and tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly.

Technical Aptitude: You do not need to already be an expert, but you should be interested in learning and working with tools and concepts such as:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

• Google Search Console

• Google Tag Manager

• Google Ads

• Meta / Facebook & Instagram Ads

• Meta Pixel and conversion tracking

• SEO and search engine fundamentals

• Tracking events, tags, UTM parameters, and conversion pixels

• Basic HTML and website structure

• SQL and Databricks

• Data visualization and analytics tools

Experience with these tools is a plus, but not a requirement. We value analytical thinking, technical curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly.
