Business Development Executive (Academic Relations) - บริษัท ท็อปกัน จำกัด

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and relationship-driven Business Development Executive (Academic Relations) to build strong partnerships between TOPGUN and educational institutions across Thailand.

You will work closely with universities, vocational colleges, schools, faculties, career centers, lecturers, students, alumni, and other educational communities to connect education, people, and career opportunities.

Beyond partnership development, you will also contribute to MyU, TOPGUN's new social connection platform designed to connect educational institutions, students, alumni, and employers within one ecosystem.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, vocational colleges, schools, faculties, career centers, lecturers, and other educational organizations.

• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities between TOPGUN and educational institutions.

• Initiate collaborations that create value for institutions, students, alumni, employers, and TOPGUN.

• Represent TOPGUN in meetings and discussions with educational partners.

• Plan and coordinate career fairs, workshops, seminars, campus roadshows, career preparation programs, and other educational activities.

• Work with faculties, lecturers, career centers, student affairs teams, student organizations, and alumni communities to increase engagement.

• Develop creative online and offline initiatives to engage students and educational communities.

• Understand student needs, behaviors, interests, and career aspirations to identify new opportunities.

• Contribute to the development of a new digital platform designed to connect educational institutions and relevant stakeholders within the education and career ecosystem.

• Gather insights from educational institutions, students, and other stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities, and potential solutions.

• Generate creative ideas and contribute to product concepts, features, and user experiences that create meaningful value for the ecosystem.

• Work closely with Product, Design, IT, Marketing, and other teams to turn business and user insights into practical solutions.

• Support platform adoption and identify opportunities to expand TOPGUN's network across educational institutions and relevant communities.

• Stay updated on trends in education, technology, digital platforms, and the future of work to identify new business and product opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Education, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or other related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in Business Development, Partnership, Academic Relations, Employer Branding, Recruitment, Marketing, Community Building, Event Management, Product Development, or related fields will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy meeting new people and building long-term professional relationships.
• Proactive and comfortable initiating conversations and developing new partnerships.
• Creative, curious, and interested in developing new ideas, products, communities, or user experiences.
• Able to observe people's behaviors and needs and turn those insights into ideas and opportunities.
• Interested in technology, digital products, social platforms, education, and the future of work.
• Strong coordination and project management skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable traveling to educational institutions and participating in off-site activities when required.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Positive attitude, service-minded, responsible, and eager to learn.
