Responsibilities
• Support and coordinate manufacturing improvement activities to enhance performance and achieve company goals.
• Plan and organize annual TCC TPS In-house Improvement activities, including Model Line and TPS Jishuken projects.
• Conduct HRD and TPS training for participants to strengthen knowledge and capability in TPS implementation.
• Follow up and review improvement results with relevant parties to ensure achievement of company targets.
Location: Samrong Plant, Samutprakan

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Production, Manufacturing Engineering
• GPA is not less than 2.50
• Good command of English (TOEIC is not less than 550) and Computer literacy (Microsoft office)
• Good communication and good in collaboration skill
