Responsibilities
HR (Performance Evaluation System)
• Responsible for employee evaluation system
• Creating high-quality presentations
• Assist with ongoing work to ensure current organizational platforms and technologies meet the organization's development objectives as effectively as possible
• Liaising with various client groups across the organization
• Create reports in Excel and extract data from our HR system
• Performs any other duties as may be required by Manager from time to time

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration or any related field
• Minimum GPA of 2.70
• Proficient of English (Minimum TOEIC score of 450) and Computer literacy (Microsoft office)
• Experience of working in a Human Resources/Training environment, previous experience with a variety of technological and web-related learning and development tools and platforms (such as; HR system, Power BI, Canva, etc.) will be beneficial
• Applicants should be able to contribute to and create a positive atmosphere within a team environment under minimum supervision
