Job Purpose & Scope  ขอบเขตและเป้าหมายของตำแหน่ง

§  Provide effective data registration and entry in Rockbiz system (SAP/MRP)

§  Analyse weekly consumption rates and identify and report variances and abnormalities.

§  Investigate & analyse abnormalities for proposing guideline & activities to resolve & improve Production efficiency by utilize Engineering Technique, OEE: Overall Equipment Efficiency, etc.

§  Works closely with purchasing and production planning to ensure raw materials are ready and available for JIT production.

§  Work closely with Production, Engineering & concerned parties to follow up & continuously improve Production efficiency.

§  Efficiently post and maintain accurate data of all raw material consumption for both on and off line production operations

§  Production efficiency & OEE ratio are continuously improved.

§  Monitors and evaluates material movement throughout the manufacturing and inventory cycle.

§  Provides detailed weekly reports and analysis of all raw material consumption including gas and electricity highlighting and resolving variances above prescribed or budgetary limits.

§  Ensure sufficient stock of all raw materials so as to meet weekly production requirements 

§  Inventory Management for all Raw Materials

§  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Key Responsibilities & Job Content  งานและหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบ

·   Data Management - coordinates material movement throughout the manufacturing and inventory cycle for raw materials and spare parts

a.  Data Entry of post consumption of Raw Materials

b.  Prepare comparative analysis and reports through analyses and summarizing information and trends

·       Materials Management – monitor and evaluate movements throughout manufacturing and inventory cycle.

a. Coordinate materials movements between Production and Store to ensure materials are available as needed.

b. Ensure any new or modified raw materials are entered into the Rockbis system clearly defining specifications, supplier and the like so the system fully captures all required information

·       Inventory Management – Coordinate materials requirements.

a.       To analyse and feedback to Store on materials consumption and requirements. 

b.       To analyse and feedback to Purchasing needed requirements and demands. 

c.        To ensure sufficient stock of all raw materials to meet required production needs

·       Teamwork – contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

a.       To participate in daily operation meeting

b.       To carry out others task when assigned by superior.

c.  Work assignments may include cross functional or project team responsibilities (eg. Continuous improvements)

·   Ad-hoc tasks – these include all unplanned tasks initiated by operations or own initiative which agreed with superior in order to improve efficiencies or costs.

·  Cultivating RW Values & Team Work - ambassador of the company values; promote team work, learning organization and continuous improvement cultures; communicate departmental objectives timely and accurately; be efficient and transparent in problem solving.

·    Utilize “TPM-Total Productivity Management” Technique & Production Development Project to improve Production Efficiency.

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering / IT or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field
• 3 to 5 years’ experience ideally in area of data entry or materials management.
• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
• High proficiency in English communication
• Ability to converse effectively and clearly with all levels of people.
• Proficient in standard business application software or materials systems (e.g. electronic data interface (EDI) or manufacturing resource planning (MRP) systems)
• Further education to Degree qualification in Engineering, IT or Business Administration
