Responsibilities
- Perform daily field service operations, including 24-hour emergency breakdown support according to the maintenance plan.
- Oversee compliance with security requirements, including audits and remediation.
- Work with service technicians to maintain performance standards. Quality and Safety.
- Conduct on-site inspections Daily briefings and weekly service review meetings.
- Visiting customers and providing monthly service reports to support customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Service Sales team on repair and billing tasks.
- Analyze problems and propose solutions to reduce equipment breakdowns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in field service, especially in the elevators, escalators or related industries.
- Leadership Skills Strong coordination and problem-solving.
- Understand FPA, EH&S, and WWJSSS safety.
- Ability to use computers and digital tools for service work.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and can communicate clearly in English (written).
- Ability to communicate in English (speaking) will be an advantage.
