Responsibilities
· Account Management
· Manage customer accounts on orders, shipments, product development, and ad-hoc projects.
· Enter customer order details, update approved packaging artwork documents, and issue purchase requests into the system.
· Coordinate with internal teams on production planning and ensure on-time deliveries.
· Liaise with customers and printing houses regarding packaging designs.
· Handle customer requirements, including managing complaints by coordinating with relevant parties and providing feedback to customers.
· Project Management
· Manage different marketing, commercial, and operational projects including NPD developments, marketing activities, and other commercial and operational projects.
· Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution, adherence to timelines, and achievement of desired outcomes.
· Coordinate with the R&D team on new product samples, including preparing required sample submission documents.
· Conduct market research on key trends in both the FMCG and pet industries, analyze data, and extract actionable insights.
· Prepare reports and presentations that communicate key findings, insights, and analyses to the management.
· Coordinate and perform other duties assigned by Manager/Management.
Qualifications
· Age 25-30 years.
· Open to all genders.
· Bachelor’s degree in the Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields.
· Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
· Work experience of at least 2 years in the Marketing function in Trading or Manufacturing industries. Experience in FMCG or pet-related products and international food packaging are advantages.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Demonstrates leadership, quick thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities.
· Well-groomed, professional appearance with a service-minded attitude.
· Responsible, honest, and trustworthy.
· Knowledge of international export processes.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft tools.
· Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting.
· Good understanding of consumer behavior, especially in the pet and FMCG markets.
