NPI Engineer - Wire bond, Mold and Laser Mark Process (Wellgrow Industrial) - บริษัท ยูแทคไทย จำกัด

• Develop, define and fine tune process / operations / products.
• Evaluate equipment to optimize settings.
• Evaluate raw materials / substitute to determine suitability for use.
• Evaluate process capability using statistical / DOE tools to optimize manufacturing process / parameters.
• Evaluate operation to determine best work procedure/method.
• Writes/updates process specifications and engineering change notices.
• Sustain manufacturing process to ensure best possible yield, quality and productivity.
• Provide training in terms of product, process, trouble shooting for subordinate (technical operator).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science
• 2-8 years’ EXP in Semiconductor (IC) Wire bond, Mold and Laser Mark Process or Electronic Manufacturing is preferable
• Strong analytical and critical thinking / Systematic thinking skills and flexible
• Take accountability and ownership
• Good command of spoken and written English
